In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "388jl," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 388jl online gaming platform accessible at 388jl.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the 388jl website, all associated pages, mobile-browser interfaces, and any digital services provided thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a 388jl account or accessed the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completion of the 388jl registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their 388jl wallet, denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds granted to a Player subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all applicable Philippine legislation, PAGCOR regulations, and any other relevant legal requirements.

By registering an Account on the 388jl Platform, accessing any game or service, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 388jl. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

388jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 388jl Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform;
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any 388jl or PAGCOR self-exclusion register;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or entity;
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of 388jl or any of its affiliated entities.

388jl reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To register a 388jl Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including a valid mobile number and/or email address, your full legal name, and date of birth.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 388jl Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

388jl is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your Account will be your responsibility unless you have notified 388jl of unauthorized access without delay. 388jl staff will never request your password through any channel.

All deposits to a 388jl Account are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Player's account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times, typically within one (1) to four (4) business hours.
• 388jl does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your 388jl balance, except in cases where a transaction is found to be fraudulent or erroneous.
• 388jl reserves the right to impose deposit limits and to request documentation regarding the source of funds for large transactions in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

Withdrawals from your 388jl Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• Only real money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval by the 388jl payments team, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

388jl operates a 24/7 payments team dedicated to processing withdrawal requests. While 388jl endeavors to process all withdrawals promptly, processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 388jl shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and daily basis as specified in the Player's account settings. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. 388jl reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with appropriate notice to affected Players.

388jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the point of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Each Player is eligible to claim each specific promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• 388jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or alter any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordination with other Players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of their use in wagering on the 388jl Platform.

All games available on the 388jl Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology for RNG-format games, or via professionally operated live dealer studios for live casino games. Game outcomes are determined independently of 388jl's preferences or commercial interests.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay:

• Bets that were fully placed and confirmed prior to the error will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server.
• Bets that were not confirmed prior to the error will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• 388jl's game server records constitute the definitive record of all game transactions. In any dispute regarding game outcomes, the server record shall prevail over the Player's device or screen display.

388jl reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of exploitation of software errors, game malfunctions, or any other technical vulnerability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification request;
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or card game formats;
• Abusing the 388jl bonus system through systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level limitations;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 388jl staff or other Players through any communication channel.

388jl is committed to responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. 388jl provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when a specified gaming session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session messages that display the Player's net gaming balance for the current session.

388jl may, at its sole discretion, impose account restrictions or implement a mandatory cooling-off period where it identifies patterns of play that suggest a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

388jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 388jl is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of gaming services. 388jl does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on the 388jl Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand identifiers, text, and user interface design, is the property of 388jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 388jl content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 388jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or delays caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond 388jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, payment processor delays, or force majeure events;
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay, including during promotional periods.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 388jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may close your 388jl Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all eligible real money balances. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

388jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct; failure to complete identity verification; or any other circumstance that 388jl, in good faith, considers requires account action.

Where an Account is closed by 388jl due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Player breach, the real money balance will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on file.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 388jl that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process, Players who are registered in the Philippines may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the applicable complaint resolution procedures under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

388jl may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 388jl will provide notice to affected Players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
